These terms apply to all services operated by Alexiuz AS, including alexiuz.com, Botlor, Generor, Darobodo, Muuic, Dupliself, NewsCompute, Ahudio, Vaibie, Caistom, and Discussier (collectively "Alexiuz Services").
By creating an Alexiuz account, subscribing to a newsletter, or using any Alexiuz Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Your Alexiuz account provides unified access to all Alexiuz Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account works across every service.
When you sign in through alexiuz.com, a one-time authentication token is used to create a session on the requesting service. Each service stores its own session cookie. Signing out of one service does not sign you out of others.
Some services may create a placeholder account (email only, no password) when another service needs to store data on your behalf. These shadow accounts are linked to your Alexiuz account and can be fully activated by verifying your email.
Each service stores its own application data (notes, conversations, generated content, subscriptions, etc.) linked to your Alexiuz user ID. Deleting your Alexiuz account will remove your authentication data and cascade a deletion request to all connected services.
Credits are a USD-denominated balance managed through alexiuz.com. Credits are purchased once and can be spent across any Alexiuz Service, including AI features and PPC advertising. Every verified account receives free credits weekly. Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, free allotments, and per-action costs.
Credit expiry. If your account is inactive for 36 consecutive months — meaning no login and no credit activity (no purchase, refresh, top-up, or spend) on alexiuz.com or any connected Alexiuz Service — any remaining credit balance (paid, free, and earned) will expire and be removed from your account. The 36-month period is measured from the most recent of: your last login, your last credit transaction, or your account creation date. We may notify you by email before expiring credits, but are not required to. The same rule applies to all credit types and is grounded in the three-year general limitation period under Norwegian law (foreldelsesloven §2).
Several Alexiuz Services use AI models to generate content (text, images, audio, video). AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
NewsCompute (newscompute.com) is an AI-powered personal news service. Users create topics and receive original, AI-generated news summaries written by the AI model of their choice. All generated stories are private to the user who created the topic.
Stories generated by NewsCompute are created by third-party AI models (including Claude, Gemini, and GPT). These stories are original summaries, not copies of source material. However, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinated details including broken source links. NewsCompute is not a substitute for professional journalism. You should verify claims independently before relying on them.
NewsCompute feeds previous stories back to the AI as context to avoid repetition and enable evolving coverage. The number of previous stories used as context depends on your subscription tier (Free: 1, Pro: 6, Premium: 12).
NewsCompute offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Emails sent to [email protected] are processed automatically to create news topics. The email content is used to determine the topic name and description. Emails are processed and then deleted from the server.
Ahudio (ahudio.com) is a browser-based audio editor. Caistom (caistom.com) is a browser-based custom apparel and print design studio. Vaibie (vaibie.com) is a vibe-coding studio that generates and runs browser-based games and 3D experiences. These tools execute primarily in your browser; project data, media, and rendering happen client-side except where explicitly noted.
For Ahudio, audio and project files you import, record, edit, save, or export are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to Alexiuz servers. You are responsible for backing up your work — saved project files (e.g., .ahud) are downloaded to your device, not stored by us.
For Caistom, designs you save to your account, images you upload or generate with AI, and print-ready files for orders are stored on our servers so they can be reviewed, printed, and synced across your devices. Order and delivery details are shared with our production partner (Gelato) for fulfillment. Ordering, review, returns, and content rules for printed products are governed by the Caistom terms at caistom.com/terms, which apply in addition to these terms when you place an order.
Some optional features lazily load JavaScript or WebAssembly modules from third-party CDNs (e.g., esm.sh, Cloudflare). When you trigger such a feature, your browser fetches the module directly from the CDN, which may receive your IP address and user agent.
Vaibie generates browser-side game and 3D experience code using third-party AI models and runs that code in your browser. AI-generated code is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, performance issues, or unexpected behavior. You are responsible for reviewing what you choose to share or publish from Vaibie. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or sensitive data into Vaibie prompts.
You retain ownership of designs, audio projects, and game projects you create. You must not use these tools to create or distribute content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted music, voice recordings of others without consent, third-party trademarks, or content that infringes any rights.
You may submit a website for inclusion in an Alexiuz directory niche by purchasing a Starter ($100) or Growth ($300) package. Each package includes a directory listing review and PPC advertising credit.
Listing content (descriptions, summaries, and editorial text) is a combination of AI-assisted and human editorial writing. AI-generated content is disclosed on the directory.
Listings are ordered within each category by rankings generated by AI language models against published criteria. No one has purchased, used, or tested the listed products or services; rankings are judgements formed from publicly available information and are opinions, not verified facts. The criteria in force are published in full, and are the same text supplied to the models: rankedlist.com/ranking
Purchasing a listing or advertising credit does not affect ranking position and does not guarantee favourable treatment. Ranking models are not told which listings are advertisers. Paid placements are labelled where they appear.
AI-generated reviews and star ratings were discontinued on 6 August 2026 and are no longer published. Listings purchased before that date are unaffected in every other respect.
Alexiuz AS reserves the right to decline any listing submission at its sole discretion if the website is deemed not a good fit for the directory, violates our acceptable use policy, or is otherwise unsuitable. If a listing is declined, the full purchase amount (including any bundled PPC credit) will be refunded to the original payment method.
PPC (pay-per-click) advertising credits are denominated in USD and are non-refundable once deposited to your account, except where a listing is declined (see 13.3). Credits are used to bid on ad placements across Alexiuz properties. Each click deducts the bid amount from your credit balance.
You may purchase additional PPC credit at a 1:1 USD ratio ($25 minimum, $1,000 maximum per transaction). Top-up credits are non-refundable.
Alexiuz AS employs duplicate click detection. If fraudulent click activity is identified, affected charges will be credited back to your balance.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Alexiuz AS does not store payment card details.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any Alexiuz Service. Accounts used for spam, harassment, or illegal activity will be suspended without notice.
Content you create using Alexiuz Services belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your generated content, notes, or data. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

How long we keep your content: Material you upload and content you generate is retained on our servers for a minimum period, counted from the date it was uploaded or generated. If you have ever purchased paid credits, that minimum is 365 days. For free, trial and unregistered accounts, the minimum is 14 days. These are minimums, not limits: in practice content is normally kept for as long as your account is active, and you can delete your own uploads and creations at any time.
After the minimum period: Once the applicable minimum has passed, we reserve the right to delete or remove uploads and creations at our sole discretion — including material that does not violate these Terms, such as content we consider outdated, abandoned, or no longer in active use. We give no guarantee of availability beyond the minimum period, and you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you wish to preserve.
Exception: The minimum periods do not apply to material that violates these Terms, that is subject to a rights complaint or legal obligation, or that must be removed for security or safety reasons. Such material may be removed at any time, including within the minimum period, and without notice. Removal of stored material does not entitle you to a refund of credits already spent.
Your account settings let you declare brand names, character names, mascots, logos, or other terms you legally own or are licensed to use ("Greenlist Terms"). When you add a Greenlist Term, you confirm under penalty of perjury and the laws of your jurisdiction that:
Once you have added a Greenlist Term and confirmed the legal attestation, the content moderation systems across Alexiuz Services will treat references to that term as legitimate user-owned IP and will not block generations on a copyright/trademark basis solely on account of that term. Other content rules (no sexual content involving minors, no extreme violence, no other unlawful content, etc.) continue to apply normally.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alexiuz AS, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) any Greenlist Term you have declared, (b) any generation produced as a result of such declaration, or (c) any breach of the warranties in this section. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account.
Alexiuz AS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to revoke any Greenlist Term, suspend the greenlist feature for your account, or suspend or terminate your account, if it receives a credible takedown notice or third-party complaint, becomes aware of facts suggesting the declaration was inaccurate, or in response to any legal, regulatory, or platform requirement. Greenlist declarations and revocations are logged with timestamps and IP addresses for audit and DMCA-response purposes.

Certains Services (par exemple Generor) vous permettent de commander des produits physiques ornés de designs que vous avez créés. En enregistrant des designs éligibles aux produits physiques, vous accordez à Alexiuz AS une licence non exclusive, mondiale et libre de redevances pour reproduire, afficher et vendre des produits physiques ornés de vos designs, uniquement aux fins de l'exploitation du service de produits physiques. Vous conservez la propriété de vos designs. Alexiuz AS est le vendeur officiel (merchant of record) des ventes de produits physiques.
Les commandes de produits physiques font l'objet d'un examen manuel avant leur exécution. We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Alexiuz AS provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Skien District Court, Norway.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Discussier (discussier.com) is a community forum platform where users create forums, start threads, post replies, and react to content. You sign in with your Alexiuz account via single sign-on. Discussier no longer uses cryptocurrency wallets, tokens, or on-chain features.
You are responsible for the forums, threads, posts, and other content you publish on Discussier, and you must hold the rights to anything you post. Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or spam content. Content posted to public forums is visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. We may moderate, edit, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or ban accounts, that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy (§15).
Discussier uses a non-monetary "energy" reputation signal that reflects community reactions to contributions. Energy has no cash value and cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed, and may be recalculated, adjusted, or reset as the system evolves.
